I'm spending two exciting weeks in Guanajuato, Mexico, studying Spanish at the fantastic Escuela Mexicana — a warm, welcoming school with lots of classrooms and even rooftop study spaces.
I spend my days learning Spanish and my afternoons exploring the colorful streets of Guanajuato, full of charm and surprises.
Today, after a bit of city wandering, I returned to school for a Mexican cooking class!
Together with a small group of students, we prepared a traditional dish — a green chicken soup, likely caldo de pollo verde, made with tomatillos, chicken, herbs, and lots of love.
We chopped, stirred, laughed, and then enjoyed the meal we created. A perfect mix of language, culture, and flavor! đČđœđ„Ł
