I also stepped into the elegant Grand Hotel and Mérida Cathedral, then explored Mérida City Hall and the Palacio de Gobierno del Estado de Yucatán, home to stunning murals and artwork.
After the tour, I grabbed delicious tacos at Gorditas Gordas and wandered the streets, admiring the beautiful architecture and vibrant city life.
